FRIENDS, “NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY” • It’s a IT recruiting company and the main office is in Coimbatore near to Coimbatore airport. • Getting a job in this company is really easy. • You can easily clear the interview process. • Once you cleared the interview they will offer many things verbally, i.e. you will be offered a good pay and incentives. Increments, good facilities etc…. • Next you have to sign an agreement for 2 years. • Then they will get your original certificates for verification. • But they will not return your original certificates even though you complete your 2 years agreement because they will not leave you. • They will implement new rules and regulations will you will get really annoyed and they will give an simple explanation that it’s the company policy and you guys have to follow that. If anyone is not willing the follow those rules those people can leave the company by paying Rs 45000. • Another crazy thing which is happening the company is they will terminate the employees without any prior intimation but they will not return the original certificates. If we want to get our original certificates they will us to pay Rs 45000 and get back your certificates. • “ NO CAMPANY CAN HOLD THE EMPLOYEES ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES BECAUSE ITS REALLY ILLIGAL AND A CLIME “ • But what this company is doing is holding the certificates and blackmailing the employees and treating the employees like slaves. • The company will deduct the employee’s salary without any reason and they will show some unnecessary reasons for the deduction. • Even we can’t take leave on Fridays and Mondays because if anyone takes leave on those days they will deduct total 4 days salary, Since they are not calculating Saturday and Sunday in the payroll. • Almost 40 – 50 employees are working in that company, no one in that company is satisfied with the company policies. • These employees are really in a trap. • I was also working there in that company and I faced many problems and I got my certificates back. • GUYS PLEASE AWARE. • DON’T JOIN THIS COMPANY. • If You Are Looking For Any Rpo Kind Of Job In Coimbatore You Can Get A Good Job In Coimbatore. • Many Companies Are There. • But Don’t Go For This Company • You Will Lose Your Valuable 2 Years.
